Strength & Conditioning
Fighting is arguably the country’s fastest growing sporting event that remains thrilling and unpredictable. MMA competitions are often quickly decided, which demonstrates the need for well rounded skills and top level condition.
Incredible conditioning is the minimum requirement for anyone interested in competing as an MMA athlete. MMA athletes must be well rounded in all fighting styles such as boxing, wrestling, grappling and martial arts tactics. Mastering them requires a combination of strength endurance and agility, not to forget technical skill. These top athletes must expect anything and be able to deliver offensive moves and counters in any given situation.

High Circles
Top Conditioning. We’ve all seen a more muscular and physically larger athlete lose a match because he ran out of gas. They just couldn’t keep it going through every round of the fight and lost due to poor conditioning. Strength and power are great tools as long as you have the stamina to use them.
A well developed CORE is most important to MMA fighters. Every move, kick, punch, takedown, and throw originates from the core. The CORE group refers to all muscles located at the center of your body. This TRUNK foundation you’ll be focusing on consists of three planes of movement that innervates superficial and deep muscle fibers.
